Save programThis is a high-intensity field hockey camp built around technical training, tactical development, athletic conditioning and structured match play.
Players train twice daily and choose either additional hockey workshops or sports-themed English lessons for their afternoon learning.
It suits players seeking a full camp experience with coaching feedback, international peers, excursions, evening activities and dedicated welfare support.
Nike Hockey Camps are residential field hockey camps operated in the UK by CMT Learning through Euro Sports Camps, with Nike as title sponsor. The program combines intensive pitch sessions, tactical learning, match play and athletic development.
Players choose Total Hockey, which adds workshops on topics such as nutrition, teamwork and goal-setting, or Hockey + English, which adds sports-themed language lessons. The wider experience includes campus living, excursions, evening activities and individual coaching feedback.
The program provides up to 24 hours of hockey coaching and games each week.
Its curriculum combines core technique, tactical concepts, athletic conditioning and competitive match play.
Players can choose specialist hockey workshops or up to 13 hours of sports-themed English lessons.
Individual feedback, a coaching report and a certificate make progress more visible.
Residential welfare support, medical provision and a stated 1:6 staff-to-player ratio address important parent concerns.
Young field hockey players who want intensive daily training, match experience and the independence of a structured residential camp.
You need a day-only option, prefer a low-intensity schedule or want a camp offering scholarships or bursaries.
It can be worthwhile for a committed player who will use the volume of coaching, individual feedback and match play to identify concrete areas for improvement. Accommodation, meals, excursions, activities, welfare support, insurance and a certificate are bundled into the residential package.
The main limitation is value: this is a substantial paid commitment, with no sponsorship or bursary support, and travel to the venue is separate. Families should also be comfortable with an intensive schedule and an overnight residential setting.
