Student privacy & safeguarding

Succeed is used by school-age students, so privacy and safeguarding shape how the product works. A fuller version of this page is on its way; in the meantime, here is the short version.

What we collect

We collect the information needed for students to use Succeed and for us to support them. We ask for more information only when the reason for asking is clear.

When information is shared

We are clear about how student information is used and when it may be shared with an organisation offering an opportunity, with appropriate privacy and safeguarding protections in place.

Schools and educators

Sharing Succeed with students does not give a school access to individual student activity, and it does not mean the school has reviewed or endorsed every opportunity listed on Succeed. Schools remain responsible for their own guidance and safeguarding policies.
