ILSC's camp develops leadership through a Greystone College curriculum, combining workshops, case studies, guest speakers, and team projects.
Students design and present a community-impact initiative, practice speaking in English, and learn to collaborate across cultures.
The experience combines classroom learning with cultural outings and social activities, making it a strong option for students who enjoy learning through participation.
JUNIOR LEADERSHIP CAMP is an ILSC Education Group summer program with leadership curriculum powered by Greystone College. Students explore communication, ethical decision-making, teamwork, and innovation through workshops, real-world case studies, and collaborative projects. Guest speakers and site visits connect those ideas with professional life.
The McGill residence option combines downtown Montréal accommodation with classes at ILSC Language Schools Montréal. Students also join cultural outings, recreational activities, and evening social events with international peers. McGill University supplies the residence location and has no affiliation with the program's delivery.
A community-impact project gives students a concrete way to practice leadership and explain their decisions.
Guest speakers and professional visits connect classroom ideas with different industries and career paths.
Collaboration with international peers adds practical intercultural experience to the leadership curriculum.
Published teaching hours, room arrangements, and staffing ratios make family planning more concrete.
Students who want to build confidence through group projects, public speaking, professional encounters, and cultural activities.
You want a McGill-taught academic course or prefer independent study to a busy schedule of teamwork and social activities.
The camp is worth considering if your main goal is to practice communication and teamwork in unfamiliar situations. Workshops, professional encounters, and a group initiative offer several ways to turn leadership ideas into action. Its value will depend on how actively you participate and reflect on what you learn.
Families should weigh the residential package against the student's appetite for a full activity schedule. Local transportation, flights, and personal expenses add to the budget, and the registration deposit is non-refundable. The certificate records completion; residence at McGill should not be interpreted as university affiliation.
