The Sports Marketing Institute is a Wake Forest Summer Immersion experience focused on the commercial and creative work behind sports. Students study branding, revenue generation, sales, partnerships, promotions, fan engagement, public relations and social media.

The program combines academic leadership with career-focused guest speakers.
Roommates are assigned randomly unless a mutual request is granted; requests are not guaranteed.

The institute takes place on Wake Forest University's Reynolda Campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Students live in campus residence halls, use university dining and join supervised evening activities alongside the academic program.
